Brian Reeves is the founder and lead architect at Enduring Design Architecture. He was fascinated by architecture from a young age, inspired by his grandfather, who also was an architect. After earning his Masters of Architecture from Andrews University in 2009, Brian embarked on a journey through various residential and commercial architecture firms in Colorado, Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.

During his college years, Brian developed a deep appreciation for the time-tested design solutions embodied in traditional architecture. This newfound appreciation, coupled with his love for the mountains and the outdoors, became the guiding forces in his design philosophy. The influence of iconic structures like the Gamble House in Pasadena, Timberline Lodge on Mt. Hood, and other lodges of the national parks are an inspiration to his creative vision.

In 2021, Brian’s passion for merging traditional craftsmanship with natural elements culminated in the founding of Enduring Design. His architectural pursuits go beyond the mere construction of buildings; they reflect a commitment to authenticity, craft, and timelessness. Brian’s dedication to incorporating timbers, stone, and other natural materials stems from his desire to create spaces that seamlessly blend with their surroundings. Enduring Design wouldn’t be possible without each one of the people he has been privileged to work with. To date Brian has worked with 60+ clients on projects ranging in size up to entire neighborhood developments.

Outside the office, Brian finds joy in spending time with his family, updating his off-grid homestead, and immersing himself in the great outdoors. His personal and professional life reveal a testament to the enduring values that shape his business and enrich the communities he serves.
